Overdue reminders
Daily job that emails customers when their invoice is past due. Runs once per day. Each invoice has its own on/off toggle on its detail page.
Auto-reminders enabled
Master switch. Off = no reminders sent for any invoice.
Comma-separated day numbers. Example: 3, 7, 14 sends three reminders — 3, 7 and 14 days past due.
Shown in a highlighted box at the top of the reminder email. You can override this per-invoice when sending a manual reminder.
Late fees & reminder admin fees
When invoices go past due, you can charge late-payment interest and a small administration fee for each reminder you send. These are added on top of the original invoice total and shown as separate lines on the hosted invoice, PDF and reminder email.

In automatic mode, each reminder that goes out adds the admin fee and refreshes late interest before sending.
Nevada standard: 1.5% per month is the common enforceable rate and $15 per reminder (max 3) is a typical administration fee. Both must be disclosed in your terms & conditions — the app records the customer's acceptance timestamp on every invoice.

When on, every invoice email and reminder you send is also delivered as a separate copy to the address below. The customer doesn't see this address.

Bank transfer details
Shown on every invoice (hosted page, PDF, and email) as an alternative to PayPal. Customers can also tap "I've paid by bank transfer" — you'll get a Telegram alert and can confirm once funds land.

AI helper on the invoice page
Adds a floating chat button on the hosted invoice page. It answers payment-related questions using only this invoice's facts and your bank details. Anything outside that scope is bounced to the "Contact the Academy" form, which emails you (and pings Telegram if configured).

Whatever you write here is given to the assistant on every conversation, alongside the invoice facts. Keep it short and factual.

Connect your bot so registrations become draft invoices automatically.
Admin notifications for new registrations are sent here.
Resend last registration
Reprocesses the most recent Telegram message into a new draft invoice. Useful if the bot received a registration but it didn't appear in the Invoices list.
